This type of
activity is reason for the neighborhood to
be on watch and this type of success is
reason for us to all join in. If you see
anything suspicios, please write down a
license plate number, vehicle description,
suspect description and address. Contact
your blockwatch captain at 480-321-5646 if
you wish to remain aynomous or Avondale PD.
Teens should
be warned graffiti is serious and if caught
possible felony charges and prosecution will
be rendered. Do be reminded the city of
Avondale and the Avondale PD do have a
curfew law in place for teens and will be
enforced/
The Block
Watch Program fights the isolation and
separation crime creates and feeds upon. The
watch forges bonds among area residents and
businesses; helps reduce burglaries and
other crime while improving relations
between the police and the community.
The active
involvement and participation of citizens in
a Block Watch Program will:

Out of Town Security Program

Provide
“vacation or out-of-town checks” of
homeowners’ property. The outside of the
home only. Arrangements for mail and
newspaper pickup must be made by the
residents.
Our goal is to check your premises once
in a 24 hour period. We are providing this
as a courtesy service in conjunction with
the Block Watch program. Homeowners
Association, Board of Directors, and or any
agent, director and/or manger of the
association will not be liable for any
damages to property due to vandalism,
natural forces or any other causes.
To obtain this program Residents are
responsible of requesting “vacation or
out-of-town checks” 3 days prior to
departure and will also provide Security
with the names and phone numbers of who will
be entering the property, who has house
keys, and a description of any cars to be on
the property along with license plate
numbers. A telephone contact number is also
needed in case of emergency (such as your
alarm going off)
Neighborhood Trash Day Program

Once a month Neighbors come together and
pick up trash in the community and clean-up.
This program will put “unity” back into
Community. The program will give neighbors
the opportunity to get to know each other
and do something good by cleaning up OUR
community and the environment.

neighbors, clean out your garage, and make a
few bucks by participating in the First
Annual yard sale event.
Classified Ad Section- This section is
where homeowners can put their services on
the website to advertise to other their
neighbors in the community.
