Since the beginning of our community the promise of potential, security, and family upbringing has given comfort to homeowners.  Over the past two years we have witnessed Arizona's communities suffer under the burst of the housing bubble. Even in a downturn of our economy; Roosevelt Park Community has remained strong.

We must continue to grow in being active. The community and neighborhood block watch is criticial to our safety and property values. The neighborhood block watch is the most cost efficent way to protect our families, community and property values. We need more consistent volunteers willing to patrol.  For more information click here. To volunteer please CLICK HERE. The community has been essential in the removal of grafitti and keeping our crime rate low.  Neighbors have provided information on alledged taggers in the area as well as possible suspects and we must continue this effort.  To anynomously report a crime CLICK HERE.  To make a complaint CLICK HERE.

The Board will continue to work on ways in reducing the budget and operating expenses without sacrificing our upkeep and raising assessments. The board is dedicated to a new vision you as the community is the vision. The board hold community events so homeowners can get to know each other even more.  Families will work together and play together.  We will build on the pride you have for Roosevelt Park and increase the pride in living in our community.  Roosevelt Park will be mentioned amongst the great names of Garden Lakes, and Crystals Gardens.
