The CBS News KPHO Channel 5 report was one of the first events in our great community turnaround.  The interview in someway illustrated a disconnect between the city and community but the leaders of the city and the community knew how business operates.  Since the interview and before hand the city has assisted in weed treatment, grafitti removal, tree removal, city code enforcement, and a massive amount of communications and meetings. The Avondale Chief of Police has ramped up efforts in patrolling in neighboring communities as well as provided more officers to pay close attention to RPC.

The Roosevelt Park Community is actively getting homes sold.  Maintaining a level of upkeep and holding on to a budget not in the red like some neighboring communities.

Our media forum is supplied with good and bad media.  The media is not to say we are bad or good but to make the community awares and effectively resolve while advertising our success.

In the near future we plan to grow stronger.  Not only is the city of Avondale implementing their move to Avondale campaign.  I can see RPC moving into the same direction and becoming a premier community in the west valley.

As the new board develop an intro campaign to the RPC Please enjoy all snippets of our media coverage and newsletters as well as the first view of the move to Avondale Campaign.

Respectfully,

Your HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
